- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My niece is being denied a tubaligation after giving birth because Dr Pegram says the hospital will lose money! So he insists on her waiting 6 weeks and return for a separate visit so that the hospital gets PAID! He said it's a global thing and him and the hospital will lose money if it's done all in the same visit... how is it HIS or the hospitals decision?? So instead of getting it ALL done within her stay she gets to heal and then come back in 6wks and heal AGAIN..... SMDH WHERE ARE THE PATIENTS RIGHTS TO MAKE THIS DECISION?!??!August 30, 2017by Janet Mcferrin
